All of our canvassing leads will be for window replacement, siding replacement, roof replacement, sunroom additions, or basement finishing system additions. Your salespeople will not visit someone who is looking for a window repair, a siding repair, or a roof patch.

How Our Program Works
• LGS charges a $399 setup fee for advertising materials.
• LGS charges your organization a fee of $185 per set appointment.
• On the 1st of the month you prepay for your first 30 leads.
• On the 15th of the month after you receive your first 30 leads you pay for your second set of 30 leads.
• We allow for a 10% margin of error. This means you are given free leads if the leads given produce less than 54 set appointments. We guarantee 54 set appointments per set of 60 leads.
• You must commit to either three months in a row or every other month for six months.
• We provide the leads. It’s your salespeople’s job to close the sale.
